Dust off your letterman jackets and grab your pom-poms because Camp Allen’s 2024 Starry Nights Gala is bringing the ultimate “Homecoming” celebration to Houston! Join us as we gather together to cheer for Camp Allen and honor a family deeply woven into its history and legacy.

This year, we proudly shine the spotlight on the remarkable Sarah and Ben Powell and their family. Since Ben’s father first attended as a camper in 1927, the Powell family has been an integral part of the mission of Camp Allen. From Sarah’s dedicated board service to Ben’s unwavering commitment to conservation efforts and expanding opportunities for more children to experience camp, the Powells embody the spirit of homecoming and community.

We extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us as an underwriter for this year’s Starry Nights Gala. Our theme invites you to relive those cherished memories of high school camaraderie while championing a cause close to our hearts. Your support will directly contribute to the life-changing experiences that Camp Allen provides to over 10,000 children annually. Together, we can ensure that every child has the chance to explore, learn, and grow in the nurturing embrace of nature while encountering the love of Jesus.
